Basic Costs:

General Consult  –  60 min. – $85.00

Full Patient History and Recommendations Consult – 2 hours – $200.00

Email me for full sheet of my costs for: Provider Search Support, Provider Communication, Paperwork and other project fees.

Additional services and projects are done as needed and may be simple enough to be included in the work portion of your general consults.

Ask about sliding scale for disability, and payment plan options. Don’t put off asking for the support you need.
