Basic Costs (subject to change)
General Consult (Zoom) – 60 min. – $95.00
New Client Intake – Complex Patients – 2 hours in two parts – $225.00
Email for full sheet of costs for provider search and communication, paperwork, mobile consulting and more.
Additional services and projects are done as needed.
Ask about sliding scale and and payment plan options.
